Initial Contact:
When you have a surgical case, simply get in touch via email, WhatsApp, or phone (contact details below). Initially I can assess pictures by WhatsApp but please send the DICOM X-ray images in a compressed zip file via email, along with the patient's clinical history, physical examination notes, and relevant findings for thorough assessment.Case Review & Scheduling:
In many cases, we can discuss the case on the same day, decide on the next steps, and schedule the procedure if necessary. Once the owner's consent is confirmed, I will order the required implants immediately.*For urgent procedures, I can try to adjust my schedule to accommodate your patient’s needs. Please don’t hesitate to contact me for urgent availability.
Streamlined Surgical Planning:
To ensure efficient planning, implants ordered before 2 pm will arrive the next day before 5 pm. In emergency cases, orders placed before 4 pm can be expedited for delivery by 9 am the following morning.Day of the Procedure:
On the day of the surgery, I will admit the patient at 9 am (or as scheduled) and discuss all key details with the owner, including the surgical procedure, post-operative care, and follow-up rechecks.Equipment & Preparation:
I provide all necessary orthopedic surgical instruments, power tools, and implants. For optimal patient comfort, please ensure you have bupivacaine 0.5% for nerve block, as well as an effective opioid (e.g., methadone) for analgesia. Broad-spectrum antibiotics (e.g., cefuroxime) should be available for IV administration.During surgery, it’s essential to have access to a good-sized surgical trolley (or comparable surface) for instruments and tools, a drip stand, clippers, diluted chlorhexidine, vet wrap, tape, and other similar essentials.
Post-Operative Care:
After the surgery, the surgical wound will be covered with a dressing, and X-rays will be taken if it's an orthopedic procedure. A detailed surgical report, along with post-operative care instructions (including bandage maintenance guidelines if required), will be emailed the same day, ready to print. To protect the wound, I recommend the use of a buster collar during recovery.

Pricing
For orthopedic procedures, many veterinary practices appreciate having a reference list to guide them on pricing when discussing costs with clients. If you'd like a pricing list for your clinic, please get in touch, and I’ll be happy to send it to you directly.
As a token of appreciation for our inaugural collaboration, I’m pleased to offer a 25% discount on the first peripatetic procedure.
